Our Gemandi Gold Sealed collection is designed exclusively for sensitive skin fingers & comes with a 1 year warranty

- Warranty starts from the date of delivery and covers any material or craftsmanship issues of the metals and/or crystals

- Warranty does not cover lost items, unnatural damage to jewelry (scratched, bent, broken from physical or improper use of your product) or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Gemandi

- Gemandi will repair or replace your product within the warranty if any issues occur. Contact us at happinessteam@gemandi.co with a picture(s) showing the issues and our team will help facilitate the return for repairs/replacement. In the rare occurrence that your item can’t be repaired & we’re out of stock, we may offer store credit for the value of the piece.-The 1 year warranty does not provide refunds for the items outside of our return policy.
